Previously, Suszynski served as co-head of the unit responsible for securitization activities for GMACCH's real estate investment banking division, GMAC Commercial Holding Capital Corp., as well as third-party clients. In the past year, the unit was involved in the securitization of more than $5 billion of assets. Prior to joining the company in 1999, Suszynski was a principal of Chicago-based Quantum Financial Corporation.

Suszynski holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business Recruiters also voice a strongly positive opinion of students. According to BusinessWeek's biannual MBA rankings: "Chicago's grads were hands-down favorites in our survey of companies that hire MBAs.  and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Dickinson College.

McManus has more than 15 years experience in real estate lending and finance. He joined GMACCH in 1999 as the head of Loan Syndications. Prior to his appointment to executive vice president, McManus was responsible for creating and securing third-party funding sources for GMACCH as well as global asset distribution.
