GMAC Commercial Holding Corp. Appoints Gregory J. McManus and Conrad J. Suszynski Executive Vice Presidents of Global Structuring and Distribution.

HORSHAM, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 2004

GMAC Commercial Holding Corp. has appointed Gregory J. McManus and Conrad J. Suszynski executive vice presidents of its newly-formed Global Structuring and Distribution Group. McManus and Suszynski will jointly manage the company's financial assets and execute exit and funding strategies for the many financial products offered by GMACCH. The new group also is responsible for coordinating investor relations worldwide. Suszynski is based in the Denver office, while McManus is located in the company's Horsham, Pa., headquarters. Both report to Scot B. Barker, president and chief operating officer of GMACCH. Barker commented, "Enhancing our structuring and distribution functions is a key component of increasing the efficiency and profitability of our business. Greg and Conrad have the talent and experience to achieve our goals for this important new group."

Previously, Suszynski served as co-head of the unit responsible for securitization activities for GMACCH's real estate investment banking division, GMAC Commercial Holding Capital Corp., as well as third-party clients. In the past year, the unit was involved in the securitization of more than $5 billion of assets. Prior to joining the company in 1999, Suszynski was a principal of Chicago-based Quantum Financial Corporation.

Suszynski holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Dickinson College.

McManus has more than 15 years experience in real estate lending and finance. He joined GMACCH in 1999 as the head of Loan Syndications. Prior to his appointment to executive vice president, McManus was responsible for creating and securing third-party funding sources for GMACCH as well as global asset distribution.

McManus holds a master's degree in business administration MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree in finance from Seton Hall University. Currently, he teaches corporate finance as an adjunct professor for the graduate program at NYU's Real Estate Institute.
