GM Building lease inked by Hanley.

 has arranged an 8,000 s/f lease at the GM Building, 767 Fifth Avenue, on behalf of AGM AGM annual general meeting

AGM Partners is the investment banking firm founded by former Lehman Brothers Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LEH), founded in 1850, is a diversified, global financial services firm. It is a participant in investment banking, equity and fixed income sales, research and trading, investment management, private equity, and private banking.  Global Investment Banking Group head Alan Mnuchin.

AGM Partners is subleasing its space at the GM Building from Carlyle Investment Partners after having previously occupied temporary office space at 375 Park Avenue.

Added Kaufman, "The lease we arranged on behalf of AGM allows Mr. Mnuchin to continue to expand his firm and accommodate additional staff for the long-term.

In the transaction, Neil Goldmacher and Brian Goldman of Newmark represented Carlyle Investment Partners.

The GM Building is owned by Macklowe Properties.
