Global WiFi Plus, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Triad, has begun the marketing expansion process in Santa Cruz, California through various advertising mediums to increase the subscriber base that will provide both commercial and consumer access to Global's next generation wireless high- speed broadband technology.

Global WiFi Plus (GWP) has a Point of Presence (POP) in Santa Cruz that will offer subscribers the ability to access the Internet at a peak down rate of 1500 Kilobits per second to the customer, and 512 Kilobits per second toward the Internet (the connection). Santa Cruz is GWP's mega hot spot model providing a seamless WiFi broadband network that covers an area of approximately 600 square miles.

John Payne, CEO of Global WiFi Plus, Inc. stated, "We want the consumers to know that they no longer have to be limited to a single Hot Spot that only covers a 300 hundred foot radius at best. They can now roam and stay connected within our 600 square mile network."
