 GLOBAL ENVIRONMENTAL CORP. ANNOUNCES CONTRACT
PLUMSTEADVILLE, Pa., Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Environmental

Corp. (NASDAQ: GLEN) announced today it has received a significant order to design, engineer and manufacture a complete bulk solids conveying and environmental control system for a multibillion-dollar plastics company in Texas.
The contract value exceeds $1.6 million.
Global is also in the process of negotiating several other major contracts including sizable systems located in South America, Texas and New York. All have an aggregate value of $7.3 million. It is expected that these projects will be decided before the end of the calendar year and will be completed before Global's fiscal 92/93 year end. There is a high confidence level that Global will be successful in obtaining most if not all of these contracts, the company said.
If the company is successful in obtaining these contracts, Global's consolidated backlog will exceed $10 million, which will be a record level. It is anticipated that sales revenue and profitability for F/Y 92-93 will also be at record levels.
Global Chairman and Chief Executive Officer William Rice commented, "After a very difficult year for business in this deep recessionary period, it appears that companies are starting to release funds on projects that have been delayed over the last two years. If this trend continues, Global will continue its growth to become a significant leader in the industry."
Global Environmental Corp. designs, engineers, manufactures and installs air pollution control and automated bulk solids pneumatic conveying systems.
