Katherine Schipper, Ph.D., is a Thomas Keller Professor of Business Administration & Professor of Law at Duke University. Angela L.J. Hwang, Ph.D., M.S.A., B.S. is Associate Professor of Accounting at Eastern Michigan University Eastern Michigan University, mainly at Ypsilanti, Mich.; coeducational; founded 1849 as a normal school, became Eastern Michigan College in 1956, gained university status in 1959. .
