GLENDALE ARTIST EXHIBITS TALENTS AT NATIONAL ARTS SHOWCASE.Byline: STACY BROWN Artist Mateo Robert Tannatt of Glendale is participating in ARTS Week '97 in Miami. Tannatt, 17, whose achievements include having a painting exhibited at the Orlando Gallery in Sherman Oaks is receiving round-trip air transportation to Miami, hotel accommodations and meals with all expenses paid by NFAA. NFAA is a nonprofit organization. North Hollywood's Child Care Resource Center, a nonprofit and multiservice child-care agency, has received nearly $44,000 in grants from local organizations to help improve the quality of care children receive from the center. The Resource Van and Library is stocked with books, toys and learning kits and features a staff of trained child development professionals, who upon request visit different child-care providers throughout the Valley. Officials said the grants from the donors will keep the Resource Van and Library operating and increase the number of visits to child-care providers annually.
