 Media Inc., Cleveland, publisher of Construction & Demolition Recycling, has announced that Chris Foster has joined the company as president and COO. Foster, who has spent the past five years on the board of directors for GIE Media, rejoins the company after serving eight years in various IT and business management capacities in the New York metropolitan area New York–Northern New Jersey–Long Island is the most populous metropolitan area in the United States and the third most populous in the world, after Tokyo and Mexico City. .
