GHP makes latest purchase in Scarsdale.White Plains based GHP GHP Georgia Health Partnership GHP Geisinger Health Plan (Danville, PA) GHP Governor's Honors Program GHP Good Handling Practices (food safety) GHP Grand High Priest Office Realty announced today that it acquired 303-313 Central Avenue, Scarsdale, NY, a two-story retail building and a three-story office building for $6 million. The deal is the third acquisition this year for GHP Office Realty and it's most recent in Westchester County, NY. Previous announcements included the purchase of 79 East Putnam Avenue in Greenwich, CT and 131 Danbury Road in Wilton, CT. The property includes two contiguous buildings totaling over 25,000 square feet of both office and retail space with 175 parking spaces. The 3.5 acre property fronts Central Avenue in the Town of Greenburgh, within easy proximity to numerous parkways and highways as well as public transportation. GHP principal Andrew Greenspan commented, "303-313 Central Avenue is perfectly located on the main commercial corridor in lower Westchester. The area is an incredibly active office and retail district and this acquisition fits well into our investment strategy." GHP Office Realty represented itself. The seller was represented by Doran Golubtchik of Goldberg, Weprin & Ustin of New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
