The Spinach Tofu Munchees have a bit more sat fat (one gram) and sodium (320 mg). The company's seven other Munchees--including Burrito, Pizza Tofu, and Veggie--also come wrapped in whole (or mostly whole) wheat crusts. And while they have too much sodium for us to recommend, they're worlds better than most of the competition.
