In his new position, Patten reports to Ruth Ladner, senior vice president of sales and customer service. At GENESYS, Patten will head the dedicated healthcare sales and marketing unit for GENESYS' HealthCare HRMS, which was introduced in April as the industry's first integrated human resources The fancy word for "people."
