GENERON SYSTEMS TO EXHIBIT AT THIS YEAR'S NEW YORK CHEM SHOW

GENERON SYSTEMS TO EXHIBIT AT THIS YEAR'S NEW YORK CHEM SHOW
NEW YORK, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Generon Systems will again exhibit its range of non-cryogenic nitrogen generating technology at the New York Chem Show in the Javitts Exhibition Hall Dec. 9-12.
Generon Systems is a joint venture company that combines the polymer science and hollow fiber membrane manufacturing know-how of the Dow Chemical Company with carbon based, Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology and the global market coverage and commercial expertise of the BOC Group. Both technologies separate compressed air into a nitrogen product gas that is suitable for many industrial manufacturing applications.
    Industry Acceptance of New Technology
Since Generon Systems was founded almost three years ago, the acceptance of non-cryogenic nitrogen generation technology has increased to the point that "non-cryo" is regarded as a major part of the industrial gas business and not merely as a novelty. Generon Systems is entrenched as a leader in the industry for a number of reasons: Superior membrane and PSA technology, placements of the technology in appropriate applications, and the work of dedicated sales people, marketing applications engineers, and research engineers all over the world.
    Membrane Science and Technology
The GENERON(TM) HP is the most efficient, single pass nitrogen producing hollow fiber membrane module on the market. The GENERON HP recovers more product nitrogen from compressed air (nitrogen out/air in) than any of its closest competitors without the use of any catalytic "de-oxo" equipment. At a purity of 99.9 percent, the GENERON HP recovers 22 percent product nitrogen from compressed air, a performance unmatched in the industry.
GENERON Gold Line Membrane Modules Provide Advantages to Traditional
    and OEM Manufacturers
GENERON GL membrane modules are compact, lightweight, portable sources of industrial nitrogen.
They can be operated in all climatic conditions. GENERON GL modules are best used where a constant source of nitrogen is needed but space and weight are limited. In addition, the GENERON GL has no moving parts and only requires a source of compressed air to deliver a dry nitrogen product. GENERON GL modules can be added to existing equipment or built into stand-alone systems for traditional applications.
    Pressure Swing Adsorption Technology Improves
Generon Systems has upgraded its PSA technology by improving both the absorbent qualities of the carbon molecular sieve and the overall process design. The combined design and sieve performance improvements offer higher recoveries and performance even when compared to previous GENERON PSA skids. These advances mean that customers using the GENERON PSA will use smaller compressors, less power, and save money at all purities of nitrogen generated.
    Generon Systems Commitment to Quality
The global marketplace is increasingly competitive. To remain competitive, Generon Systems adopted a quality management process designed to guarantee a customer-responsive organization. Generon Systems vision of quality is an ongoing process designed to provide impetus for innovation, professional growth, teamwork, and develop better relationships with distributors and customers around the world.
