 announced today that the company has reorganized re·or·gan·ize

To organize again or anew.

v.intr.
To undergo or effect changes in organization.
 into five business units focused on providing innovative, value-added solutions to better serve its diverse customer base. The five business units consist of: Direct Solutions, Reverse Solutions, Supply Chain Management Solutions, Value-Added Solutions and Infrastructure Solutions. The company will phase in the new structure over the first six months of 2005.
