William Woodburn William Woodburn was an American politician and a member of the United States House of Representatives from Nevada. He was born on April 14, 1838 in County Wicklow, Ireland. He immigrated with his parents to the United States in 1849. He attended St.  was named president and chief executive officer of GE Specialty A contract under seal.

A specialty is a written document that has been sealed and delivered and is given as security for the payment of a specifically indicated debt.
