GE Commercial Finance - Global Media & Communications Provides Financing for Two Management Buyouts in Publishing Sector.


NORWALK, Conn. -- GE Commercial Finance - Global Media & Communications announced today that it has provided financing for two recent management buyouts in the publishing sector. GE provided a $45 million senior debt facility for Wachovia Capital Partners' purchase of Randall-Reilly Publishing Co. and a $20 million senior debt facility for Boston Ventures' and Castanea Partners' acquisition of Medley Global Advisors LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
