Of this, seven were passed while the remaining were sent to the government for approval. It also decided to raise the circle rates of residential properties in line with the hike in administration circle rates. The authority has, however, scrapped the provision of allowing builders to deposit development charges in installment. " The builders will have to deposit the entire development cess at one time," GDA vice chairman Santosh Yadav Santosh Yadav is one of the few women in the world to have climbed Mount Everest twice.
