GCP Capital Group LLC, one of the nation's most active companies specializing in investment real estate finance, has arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $20.565 million for the following multifamily properties located throughout New York:

A $2.3 million financing deal was arranged for two six-story, walk-up apartment buildings containing 60 units and 172 rooms located on Thompson Street in the SoHo section of Manhattan; a $3.25 million deal was arranged for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 76 units with 235 rooms and 20 garage spaces located on Gelston Avenue in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn; a $4 million deal was placed for a 12-story elevator apartment building containing 79 units with 212 rooms, two professional units and two stores located on East 38th Street in the Murray Hill section of Manhattan; a $3.5 million deal was arranged for four contiguous six-story walk-up apartment buildings containing 153 units and 445 rooms located on Seaman Avenue in the Inwood section of Manhattan; a $1.35 million deal was arranged for two four-story walk-up apartment buildings containing 16 units with 44 rooms and two stores located on West 58th Street in the Midtown section of Manhattan; a $3.316 million deal was arranged for a si x-story elevator apartment building containing 103 units with 393 rooms and three stores located on Schenectady Avenue in Brooklyn; and $2.8485 million was provided for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 85 units with 306 rooms and five store, located on New York Avenue in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn.
