GMT - Universal Time 1 ) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per common share, payable March 31, 2007, to shareholders of record on March 2, 2007. This quarterly dividend represents a 14% increase from the prior quarter level of $0.21 per common share. Brian A.
