GARY W. WILDS APPOINTED SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF COLONIAL CENTRAL SAVINGS BANK, F.S.B. CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Gary W. Wilds has been appointed senior vice president and general counsel of Colonial Central Savings Bank, F.S.B. (Colonial). The announcement was made by Colonial's board of directors. Colonial is a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Holding Company (NASDAQ-NMS: CHOL). Wilds joined Central Holding Company (CHC) and its subsidiaries in July 1990 as vice president and general counsel of Colonial and CHC. Prior to joining CHC and its subsidiaries, Wilds had been a partner at the law firm of Glime, Daoust & Wilds located in Mount Clemens, Mich. Wilds has a B.A. degree from Valparaiso University and a J.D. degree from Wayne State University. A resident of Romeo, Wilds is a member of the Michigan Bar Association and Macomb County Bar Association. CHC is a financial services organization headquartered in Clinton Township.
