GARDEN CALENDAR.


Geranium geranium, common name for some members of the Geraniaceae, a family of herbs and small shrubs of temperate and subtropical regions. Their long, beak-shaped fruits give them the popular names crane's-bill (for species of the genus Geranium,  Show and Sale by the Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  Branch, International Geranium Society will feature more than 500 kinds of geraniums, noon to 4 p.m. May 11 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 12, Descanso Gardens, 1418 Descanso Drive, La Canada Flintridge.
