GANG GIRL, 15, LURES BOYFRIEND TO HIS DEATH; Honeytrap teen led boy to blade thug ambush.

A SCHOOLGIRL who lured her besotted boyfriend to his death in a "honey trap" for a street gang was last night facing a life sentence for murder.

Samantha Joseph was just 15 when she tricked 16-year-old Shakilus Townsend into an ambush (language) AMBUSH - A language for linear programming problems in a materials processing and transportation network.

 to win back her violent ex.

Danny McLean, 18, had dumped her after discovering she was also seeing Shakilus - who she told friends she only wanted for the money he spent on her.

But Joseph was desperate to win McLean back and offered him the chance for his revenge on Shakilus.

Joseph, now 18, showed no emotion yesterday as she was convicted of murder alongside McLean and five other members of his gang.

 heard she told lovestruck Shakilus - who described her to his mum hours before his death as "my future wife" - they were going to meet her cousin.

But she then sent a text message to summon TO SUMMON, practice. As they caught up with him, Joseph laughed and ran away.

Brian Altman, prosecuting, said Shakilus's mother told police her son had talked about little other than Joseph for weeks.

The prosecutor went on: "Little was he to know that the girl he had thought so highly of would participate in an audacious plan that would cost him his life.

"It is clear that McLean had come to learn of her deception and by way of recompense RECOMPENSE. A reward for services; remuneration for goods or other property.

Joseph later told friends she had agreed to "get Shak set".

After the hearing, Shakilus's 34-year-old mum Nicola Dyer said her son had been"no angel". Butthe convicted robber, known as Bugz, had been turning his life around just before his death.

Detective Inspector Barney Ratcliffe added: "This is an absolutely tragic case of a young boy who was viciously attacked simply for liking the wrong girl."

Joseph and the other killers will be sentenced today.
