GAB Robins Elects Three Independent Directors to Its Board.

PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 2001

The GAB Robins Group of Companies recently announced that it has elected three independent members to the company's Board of Directors.

They are John T. Baily, Norman Barham and Jon Rotenstreich.
