Patsy Morrissey last night admitted that the Rebels' 'patchy' form this season has been a source of concern for the All-Ireland champions.

Cork face Clare in the All-Ireland semi-final tomorrow and Morrissey is looking for a full 70 minutes of concentration this time.

They famously handed Tipperary an opportunity in the second half of the Munster final and only secured victory in the quarters with a late rally against Waterford.

It's hardly panic stations as the Cork bandwagon continues to roll on ominously - but Morissey would love to see a more sustained performance.

"During the season we have been a little bit patchy PATCHY - A Fortran code management program written at CERN. ," admitted selector Morrissey who guided Newtownshandrum to All-Ireland club glory last year.

"Make no mistake about it, we won't get away with it in an All- Ireland semi.

"Obviously I hope it goes Cork's way but that's not to say it will. It's a cliche, but anything can happen on the day."
