QB WILL BE GOING TO CRESPI.Byline: GERRY GITTELSON Community Sports Quarterback Trevon Smith, a key football player at first-year school Golden Valley High, has quit the team and said he plans to transfer to Crespi of Encino. Golden Valley assistant Bill Irace said Smith might have been illegally recruited, but there are no plans to file a complaint with the Southern Section. ``I guess Trevon got promised a lot of things from Crespi. We're not too happy about it,'' Irace said. ``But no one (at Crespi) would ever admit it.'' On Friday, Crespi first-year coach Jeremiah Ross said he's made no contact recently with Smith or his family, though Ross did say he's heard Smith might be arriving. ``I haven't talked to him lately but I remember him when he was a ball boy here and I was an assistant a few years ago,'' Ross said. ``I think he's friends with (Crespi receiver) D.J.
