G&T lands build-out at luxury fashion store.


The build-out of the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 flagship store for luxury fashion brand Bottega Veneta Founded in the early 1960's, Bottega Veneta is a manufacturer of consumer goods, producing primarily men's and women's ready-to-wear clothing, small leather goods, and exclusive home items. The company is reputed for quality and exclusivity and its famed signature Intrecciato Line. , adjoining the St. Regis Hotel, 697-699 Fifth Avenue, is being coordinated by international construction consultancy Gardiner & Theobald Inc., announced Jonathan Andrew, MRICS MRICS Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors , a Director in Gardiner & Theobald's New York office.

Gardiner & Theobald will be responsible for both the cost and project management of the fit-out, which is scheduled for completion in fall 2004. The project includes modifications to the facade facade (fəsäd`), exterior face or wall of a building. The term implies ordered placement of its openings and other features and thus seems inapplicable to a wall without design. , as well as the installation of a dramatic, feature staircase between the first and second floors. The design also includes high quality finishes throughout the store and Bottega Veneta's signature wood shutters at the front of the store. The overall project entails the build-out of three floors, i.e., basement level through second floor.

In charge of the project are Mr. Andrew, Director of Project Management, and Christopher Carlin car·line or car·lin
