G&K Services Announces the Addition of a New Management Team Member; David F. Fisher joins G&K as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 2004

G&K Services, Inc. (Nasdaq:GKSRA), one of North America's market leaders in corporate identity apparel programs and facility services, announced today that David F. Fisher will join the company on May 10, 2004 as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.

Fisher joins G&K as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary responsible for establishing and managing G&K's legal function. David will also play a key role in corporate governance Corporate Governance
