As a result of the said transaction, Future Avenir beneficially owns 1,519,000 of the common shares of the company, representing 14.4 percent of the issued capital. Future Avenir also owns warrants to purchase a further 600,000 shares of the company at a price of $0.64 per share until Sept. 29, 1996, or $0.74 per share until Sept. 29, 1997.
