) announces that its UK subsidiary, CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) Combining data with voice systems in order to enhance telephone services. For example, automatic number identification (ANI) allows a caller's records to be retrieved from the database while the call is routed to the appropriate party.  Data Solutions Ltd. has reached agreement with Future Telecom Limited, part of Future Integrated Telephony Plc. to distribute its call management software to their customers.

Under this agreement, Future Telecom Limited, who were voted Ericsson's Dealer of the Year, will market and install CTI's call management software to its diverse customer base, as a value-added solution to its PABX (Private Automatic Branch eXchange) Same as PBX.

 sales. This includes CTI's latest 32-bit, Windows NT application C6win, which has been designed specifically for small to medium sized businesses.

C6win is one of the most easy to use call management systems available. As an "all-inclusive" product running under Windows 95, 98 or NT, it comes fully equipped with a unique feature pack that makes it effortless for distributors to demonstrate and sell.

This includes: 26 Standard Report Templates, Graphical Reporting, Output to MS Word, Excel, Email and HTML HTML
