Futterman tapped for Roosevelt Hotel retail.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC, has been selected as exclusive retail leasing agent for The Roosevelt Hotel. The hotel currently has 9,369 s/f of retail space available on the ground floor at the northwest corner of Vanderbilt Avenue and 45th Street and an additional 935 s/f of retail space available on the south block between Vanderbilt and Madison Avenues.

Ariel Schuster, managing director and Izzy Anthony, associate of RKF are marketing the space on behalf of the hotel.

"We are interested in targeting retailers that will complement the current tenants," noted Anthony.

"The retail space benefits from a tremendous amount of foot traffic from Grand Central Terminal and the surrounding business district, making it the ideal opportunity for a user looking to target this customer base."

The Roosevelt Hotel's current retailers include: Lindt, Clarks, Jean Louis David, The Art of Shaving, Ambassador Leather Goods, Cosmetics on Madison, Bloom NY, Grand Central Optical and John Allen.
