Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC has been retained as the exclusive retail leasing agent for 3,100 s/f of retail space at the base of 1035 Madison Avenue.

The residential co-op property on 79th Street and Madison Avenue features 2,400 s/f of retail space on the ground floor and an additional 700 s/f in the basement.

RKF managing director Joshua Strauss is the exclusive leasing agent on behalf of the building's board of directors.

Meanwhile, RKF announced it has completed its leasing assignment at 33 Bond Street in NoHo.

33 Bond Gallery, a young emerging artist gallery, leased 1,200 s/f of space. Cool'eh Magazine also leased space at 33 Bond Street.
