Futterman adds 33,000 s/f in exclusives to its books.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF) has been retained as the exclusive retail leasing agent for three new properties on Manhattan's East Side, totaling 32,929 s/f.

The new assignments are 1240 First Avenue, 900 First Avenue and 1676 Third Avenue.

RKF managing director Sal Ferrigno and associate Ryan Kelleher are marketing 30,000 s/f of retail space at 1240 First Avenue on behalf of Alexico Management.

The space encompasses 4,250 s/f on the ground floor; 11,000 s/f on the second floor; and 14,200 s/f on lower levels A and B.

There will also be an option to add a 4,250 s/f mezzanine area to the ground floor. Located on the southeast corner of 67th Street and First Avenue, the retail space is at the base of a newly constructed 125-unit luxury condominium building and is in close proximity to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

The RKF leasing team is marketing the space to medical tenants such as radiology labs. The space will become available in the fall of 2008.

Also on behalf of Alexico Management, RKF Ferrigno and associate Ken Shiers are marketing two 1,000 s/f units at 900 First Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets.

Located on the ground floor of The Grand Beekman, a luxury residential building, the retail spaces can be combined to form one larger retail space.

The Grand Beekman is situated in Turtle Bay, close to the United Nations and is being marketed to high-end service retailers including pet supply retailers, cafe's, cleaners and florists.

At 1676 Third Avenue, Ferrigno and director Richard Gelber have been tapped to market 929 s/f of retail space on behalf of Blue 3rd Corporation.

The space is located on the southwest corner of 94th Street and was previously occupied by #1 Farmer's Market.

It is currently a vacant lot marketed as a built-to-suit opportunity.
