The high-end apparel retailer leased 1,350 s/f on the building's ground floor. Giorgio's of Palm Beach joins other luxury retailers Venanzi, Family Inada and Beverly Feldman in the newly remerchandised portion of the building on 56th Street. The store is scheduled to open in Spring, 2006. Currently Giorgio's of Palm Beach operates two locations in Palm Beach, Florida--one on Worth Avenue and the other at the Breakers Hotel. Robert K.
