Fundraising Celebration to Benefit Education Foundation; Glastonbury Education Foundation Reaches Out to the Community.GLASTONBURY, Conn. -- The Glastonbury Education Foundation in association with the Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce is hosting a founders reception on November 30 at 6 p.m. The event kicks off the foundation's initial awareness and fundraising activities. Money raised from the celebration will help support and enrich our children's educational experience. The goal of the reception is to raise $50,000 to help expand educational opportunities for our children and the community. The foundation's mission is to promote excellence, innovation and creativity in education for our children and community.
