, the proceeds of this financing will be used to complete the construction of this apartment building with a two-story restaurant. The property will be an expansion of Caffe Napoli, located across the street from its world-renowned restaurant of 25 years.

"Palisades Financial believed in our business and our vision to create an expansion of our restaurant, that we have rented the space for over a quarter of a century.

"We can now own our building and our business," commented Anthony Fontana, a principal in the borrowing entity.
