Fun Meets Function with New Kensington Sports Contour Wrist Pads; Wrist pads featuring bright colors and innovative design for workspace personalization.

SAN MATEO San Mateo (săn mətā`ō), city (1990 pop. 85,486), San Mateo co., W Calif., on San Francisco Bay; inc. 1894. It is a commercial and retail center with some high-technology manufacturing. San Mateo, Spanish for St. , Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 1996--Kensington Technology Group, a leader in high-quality computer accessories, peripherals and software, announced today its new Contour line of brightly colored and curved wrist pads.

Contour products combine Kensington-quality performance with a stylish, fun look for personalizing a computing environment. The Contour line is part of Kensington's new sub-brand, Kensington Sports.

Kensington introduced the Kensington Sports sub-brand in April, 1996 to provide products that combine Kensington's guaranteed quality and high-performance with fun and fashion.

Kensington Sports-branded products use cutting edge technology, bright colors, high tech materials and innovative designs to meet the needs of today's more casual business environment. With Kensington Sports products, users can create a workspace that meets their individual computing needs and reflects their personalities.

"Everything about the Contour line is new and different -- fun shape, great feel, even eye-catching packaging," said Rita Geary, senior product manager of Kensington's Computer Accessories division.

"This is what Kensington Sports products are all about: superior quality, and something that will stand out as unique and exciting in a traditional computing environment. Most businesses today are embracing the idea of workspace personalization, because it gives people more options and more control over their environment, and that can increase productivity," continued Geary.

The Contour Line

Kensington's Contour wrist pads were designed to maximize a user's comfort while working at a computer. The unique curved shape of the pads mimics the natural curve of the user's wrist, thus helping to maintain the wrist and hand in a natural, relaxed position.

In addition, all Contour products are made with thick neoprene neoprene: see rubber.
