Fulwider Patton LLP Announces Michael J. Moffatt Has Been Named Partner; Kenneth Cheney Joins the Firm.LOS ANGELES -- Fulwider Patton LLP is pleased to announce that Michael J. Moffatt has been named a partner in the firm. Mr. Moffatt joined Fulwider Patton LLP in April 2002 as an Associate in the Long Beach office. He is a member of the California Bar and is a registered Patent Attorney; his practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation in the mechanical and electromechancial arts and medical devices. Mr. Moffatt also serves on the board of advisors for the California State University Enrollment  Regional Technology Center, and is a member
of the RTC's mentoring committee. He has also guest lectured at
several universities on intellectual properties issues. Mr. Moffatt

Prior to joining Fulwider, Mr. Moffatt was a partner with the firm of Price & Gess in Irvine, California. Kenneth Cheney, a former project manager for Sony Pictures Entertainment, has joined Fulwider Patton as an associate. Prior to joining Fulwider, Cheney had practiced as an electrical and computer engineer with Fortune 150 companies, including TRW Space & Technology, PacifiCare, and most recently, Sony Pictures Entertainment.
