Mr. Bognar joins FullTilt from DigiTerra, where as Area Vice President for the West Central US he built and managed the company's consulting services operation and consultants in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin. His extensive consulting services and business development experience will drive FullTilt Solutions' initiative to penetrate the Midwestern US and build a strong national presence in the eCommerce solutions marketplace.

As Vice President/General Manager, he built their Northeastern e-Business consulting service into a $20 million operation with 60 consultants, prior to assuming responsibilities for the Midwestern region. In this role, Mr. Bognar was responsible for the company's sales, strategy, services development, engagement management and delivery for his area. He also served as the sponsoring Vice President of the national Oracle services practice, which represented 50 consultants across the US.

Mr. Bognar holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Miami University and attended Harvard University's Executive Education program. He resides in Naperville, Illinois.
