Mr. Costa joins FullTilt as part of the company's initiative to attract top-flight executive management and strategically build a strong national presence in the eCommerce solutions marketplace.

Mr. Costa comes to FullTilt having most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Onesearch, Inc., a recruiting firm specializing in the permanent placement of high-level information technology sales and technical professionals nationwide. He founded Onesearch, Inc. in 1998.

In his new role at FullTilt's Pittsburgh branch location, Mr. Costa will be responsible for implementing the company's go-to-market strategy and pursuing major new business opportunities in the northeastern US.

The company was sold in July 1998. Previously, he spent nearly seven years as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing with XLSource, Inc., where he was responsible for the delivery of professional IT services and the sales and marketing strategy at the $900M division.

He also served as Vice President of The Future Now, an IT services provider, and as President and Founder of Monterey - Waldec, Inc., a $30M Systems Integrator. The earliest years of Mr. Costa's technology career include serving as a Systems Analyst at the Gulf Oil Corporation in 1981 and as a Systems Engineer at the Computer Task Group in 1980.

Mr. Costa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Advisory Council. In 1990, he was named "Entrepreneur-In-Residence" and, in 1999, he was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
