FullSeven Technologies today announced the release of version 4.0 of LetterMark(TM) e-mail integration software.

Advances in this latest version allow more compatibility and flexibility in customer usage and deployment. Version 4.0 is compatible with Outlook 98, 2000, and 2002, which constitutes the vast majority of Outlook e-mail users. It provides greater stability and ease of use for LetterMark customers, as well as more sales opportunities for FullSeven.

"Previous versions of LetterMark software validated our market opportunity and the architecture of our technology platform," said Barrett Joyner, FullSeven CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. . "Version 4.0 provides a more flexible and robust set of options for our customers and users in three key areas: e-mail client Same as e-mail program.  support, organizational deployment options and increased end user control."

"Increasing the number of e-mail clients supported, including the integration with Microsoft Outlook 98, is one of the most exciting developments for us," said Chris Hooper, FullSeven vice president of marketing & sales. "We have had so much interest from companies using Outlook 98, but have had to put those customers on hold. This new version gives us the opportunity to go back to those companies and get them started on the benefits of LetterMark software."

A second key advance is the software's compatibility with Microsoft's .NET platform, which will allow for greater flexibility in how the software is deployed. This lays the groundwork for a customer deployable solution, which FullSeven plans for later this year.

Other advances in this latest version of LetterMark software provide end users with greater flexibility in how they compose and receive e-mail messages. Such highlights include:

--Full functionality with the Outlook security patch A fix to a program that eliminates a vulnerability exploited by malicious hackers. --Increased flexibility with e-mail composition mode allows users to compose in HTML HTML

"The FullSeven software architecture has a simplicity and elegance that makes it extremely easy to implement without disrupting current e-mail infrastructure," said Harvey. "In addition, Version 4.0 offers a new flexibility that allows FullSeven to go after a whole new group of customers. They no longer need to wait for customers to upgrade their e-mail platform to Outlook 2000."

The LetterMark system was introduced in December 2000, and has increased the ROI (Return On Investment) The monetary benefits derived from having spent money on developing or revising a system. In the IT world, there are more ways to compute ROI than Carter has liver pills (and for those of you who never heard of that expression, it means a lot).  on brand programs and web assets through e-mail integration for more than 1000 users. , consulting firms, recruiters and others to accelerate sales cycles and deepen customer relationships; increase Web visits and cross-sell services; build a professional image and stand out among the competition. In addition, the technology also makes it possible for these companies to brand each and every e-mail message, filling a huge void in corporate branding programs.
