The hospice, which operates facilities at Sutton Coldfield Sutton Coldfield, city (1991 pop. 102,572), Birmingham metropolitan district, central England. The city is a residential suburb of Birmingham with a metal products industry and a large television transmitting station. and at Whittington, near Lichfield, is inviting people from across the region to hold a coffee-themed event from Monday, July 27, to the following Saturday. Helen Relihan, Head of Fundraising at St Giles Hospice, said: "People can choose how they support Mammoth Coffee Week, from a cup of coffee with a best friend to inviting neighbours, colleagues or club members to take a little time out to relax. "Hot drinks and summer smoothies could be combined with cakes, a quiz, raffle or auction, or people might wish to hold a 'coffee evening' instead and impress their guests with delicious coffeeflavoured liqueurs Liqueurs are high-alcohol, high-sugar beverages with added flavorings usually derived from herbs, fruits, or nuts. Liqueurs are distinct from flavored liquors, fruit brandy and eau de vie which contain no sugar. Most liqueurs range between 15 and 70 percent alcohol by volume. ." St Giles is holding its own Mammoth Coffee Morning from 10am until 12pm on Wednesday, July 29, at Boley Park Community Centre, Lichfield.
