 Holdings, Inc. (Transamerica Insurance Group) has signed a lease for the entire 20th floor at 126 East 56th Street, Tower 56. The 5,300-square-foot unit will be used for New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 executive offices.

TIG Holdings is a newly organized company that will operate the property and casualty insurance subsidiary of Transamerica. It recently sold more than 30 million shares in one of Wall Street's largest Initial Public Offerings.

The lease, with aggregate rentals of approximately $1 million was negotiated by Philip Philip, tetrarch of Ituraea
Philip, d. A.D. 34, tetrarch of Ituraea, son of Herod the Great. He was perhaps the ablest of the Herod dynasty. He is mentioned in the Gospel of St. Luke.
