Full floor leased at 1450 B'way.

Cambridge Dry Goods Company, Inc., the women's sportswear designer, has leased the entire 33rd floor at 1450 Broadway in Manhattan for its New York showroom.

The dollar amount of the 10-year, 3,380-square-foot lease was not disclosed.

1450 Broadway, which is in the final stages of a multi-million dollar renovation, is attracting a growing number of fashion industry tenants. These include: Andriano, Inc.; Ballinger & Gold; Beebas Creations, Inc.; Cherokee Apparel Corp.; Eileen West; Giorgio Armani Calze; Made to Order Knits; Prosperity USA Inc.; S.K. Paris Co; and St. John.

1450 Broadway is owned by Manhattan-based ORIX Group, a diversified financial services company that has offices in 19 countries.

Representing the owner in the transaction were Sidney Winoker and Barry Bernstein of L.H. Charney Associates, Inc., managers of 1450 Broadway and exclusive leasing agents.
