Full cup drinkability.


When considering a new flavor offering for your coffee line, one of the most important factors to keep in mind is lull cup drinkability. Often, after the first sip of piping hot flavored coffee, you may feel that you have an excellent flavor, but after the consumer drinks their big mug full, they may feel differently. Synopsis
 by taking just a few sips of extremely hot coffee. The consumer is drinking a 10 to 20-oz cup over a longer period of time, causing a temperature change, flavor fatigue and flavor build up which can lead to an unpleasant experience.
