Full Metal and Fury Announce 2006 Exploration Program at Ganes Creek.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Full Metal Minerals (TSX VENTURE:FMM) and Fury Explorations Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:FUR) are pleased to announce a 15,000 foot drilling program at the Ganes Creek gold project in Alaska during 2006. The program is designed to follow-up on the drill results from the 2005 program (FMM NR 2005#21) and locate the source for spectacular high-grade gold-quartz cobbles found at Ganes Creek.

Full Metal and Fury are planning a two-phase exploration program at Ganes Creek starting in May 2006. The first phase will include approximately 6,000 feet of core drilling in 14 holes, targeting extensions to the 'Donlin-style' mineralization discovered during 2005, as well as gold in soil anomalies and surface showings. An IP geophysical survey as well as infill soil sampling along a 11km long gold anomaly will be completed to refine further drill targets. The second phase of drilling will follow-up on phase one and test deep targets associated with the Yankee-Ganes fault (proximal to the gold in soil anomaly). Full Metal will be the operator of the 2006 exploration program.

The Ganes Creek Intrusive Complex is interpreted to be the faulted-off extension of the Donlin Creek Intrusive Complex (Donlin Creek January 2006 estimate of 14.8 Moz. @ 2.76 g/t Au, Measured and Indicated, plus 13.6 Moz. @ 2.72 g/t Au Inferred), offset 110 km to the northeast by the right-lateral strike-slip Nixon-Iditarod fault.

The mineralized zone from hole GC05-53, a 50 meter step-out from GC05-54, which intersected 15.2m of 2.46 g/t Au, has still not been sampled. The core remains at the Ganes Creek camp and several attempts by aircraft to return and take samples from the mineralized zones have been unsuccessful due to poor weather conditions. Another attempt will be made in early March with increased hours of daylight.

The property is located within the Tintina Gold Belt in the west-central interior of Alaska, approximately 40 km west of McGrath, and 440 km northwest of Anchorage. Ganes has produced in excess of 300,000 oz. gold from historic placer mine production and is famous for producing spectacular gold nuggets including the 5th largest in Alaska, most of which are still encapsulated in quartz. An 88 oz. gold-quartz cobble is the largest piece ever discovered in Alaska and can be viewed on Full Metal's website at http://www.fullmetalminerals.com/properties-ganes.php. The presence of cobble-size quartz with sulphide boxwork and coarse gold suggest that the placer gold is primary, originating from bedrock sources.
