Full Circle Image, Inc. Enters into Share Exchange Agreement with Smart Cartridge Limited.


ROCHESTER, Minn. -- Full Circle Image, Inc., a franchisor and remanufacturer of printer ribbons, laser toner and ink jet cartridges, today announced that it has entered into a share exchange agreement with Smart Cartridge Limited and its shareholders. As a result of the transaction, Smart Cartridge, a company based in Edinburgh Scotland, will become a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.
