2. An octane number. magazine from Jun-Warren Publishing (Calgary, AB). No terms of the deal were given.

Launched in 1987 by Maclean Hunter, Octane is published six times a year and distributed on a controlled basis to 8000 decision-makers in the Canadian petroleum retailing market. Editorial includes information on market trends, regulations, legislation and related industry news. June Warren acquired Octane and Oilweek from Maclean Hunter in 1999.

Fulcrum said the purchased magazine will be closed as a stand-alone and will be published as a section within Fulcrum's Your Convenience Manager (YCM YCM St Catharines, Ontario, Canada (Airport Code)
