Fulcrum Power Services to Provide Energy Management Services to Complete Energy's 1,022 MW La Paloma Facility.

HOUSTON -- Fulcrum Power Services L.P. ("Fulcrum") announced today that it has entered into a comprehensive energy management services agreement with a subsidiary of Complete Energy Holdings, LLC ("Complete") to manage the 1,022 MW La Paloma power generation facility in Kern County, California. Complete recently acquired the natural gas fired combined cycle facility from a creditor group that included financial institutions and hedge funds. Services provided by Fulcrum in the long-term arrangement include commercial optimization, fuel procurement, scheduling, real-time dispatch, outage management, power transmission and gas transportation management.

According to Jesson Bradshaw, Sr. Partner in Fulcrum, "Fulcrum currently provides energy management services to Complete's 837 MW power generation facility in Batesville, Mississippi.
