Fujitsu Transaction Solutions Inc. and Peregrine Systems(R), Inc. (NASDAQ:PRGN) today announced a strategic alliance that delivers turnkey Infrastructure Management hardware, software and services to North American retailers.

Peregrine and Fujitsu are demonstrating PeregrineRetail, Peregrine's first Infrastructure Management solution for the retail market, at the National Retail Federation's (NRF) 91st Annual Expo and Convention, scheduled from Jan. 13 to 16 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City.

PeregrineRetail is the first of many integrated software and services offerings, which Fujitsu and Peregrine plan to offer to retailers. This solution, which is scheduled for delivery in August 2002, features Peregrine's industry-leading Infrastructure Management software -- including InfraTools(TM), AssetCenter(R) and ServiceCenter(R) -- and Fujitsu's comprehensive service framework to help retailers manage their IT infrastructure more effectively.
