Applied Voice Technology's CallXpress3 platform supports four-to 64-port configurations and a robust messaging feature set. CallXpress3 Desktop Call Manager increases the productivity of workgroups and individuals by bringing real-time call control to the desktop computer. Customers are provided with all pertinent information about the caller, such as who's calling and why, so they can make the choice of how to best handle the call. CallXpress3 Desktop Message Manager brings voice and fax messaging to the desktop computer, putting the customer in control of their messages.
