Fujitsu Kyushu System Engineering Offers Pharmacokinetic Database Service.Tokyo, Japan, Aug 2, 2005 - (JCNN JCNN Japan Corporate News Network ) - Fujitsu Kyushu System Engineering launched ADME ADME Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion ADME Association of Destination Management Executives ADME Active Duty Medical Extension Database, an ASP service for pharmacokinetic analysis, on August 1. Using data collected by Professor Rendic of the University of Zagreb of Croatia, the new service facilitates pharmacokinetic interaction studies. Specifically, ADME Database includes metabolic information and kinetic parameter information on cytochrome cytochrome (sī`təkrōm'), protein containing heme (see coenzyme) that participates in the phase of biochemical respiration called oxidative phosphorylation. P450, a drug metabolizing enzyme, and information on transporter substrates. The company expects the new service to contribute to drug development.
