In addition to achieving 160GB of storage capacity through PMR technology, the new MHW2 BH series also features the industry's highest level of shock resistance and energy efficiency. Moreover, new HDDs are the RoHS compliant(2). The burgeoning popularity of audiovisual-oriented PCs and increasing use of HDDs in various consumer electronics products is expected to drive further growth in the HDD market along with demand for ever-larger capacity.
